The coronary sinus is a vital structure that should always be assessed in your patients with congenital heart disease. Here we demonstrate how to image the coronary sinus and explain which pathologies can be present if the coronary sinus is dilated. Specifically, we cover the following pathologies: Persistent left superior vena cava (PLSVC), unroofed coronary sinus, and coronary sinus diverticular.
