Regional strain and dispersion in a 30y/o with HCMP
In this video, Fabian Knebel presents a case of a young man with massive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. When performing strain analysis, we can not only look at the bullseye display and strain in different regions, but also at the strain curves and at synchrony or dispersion - which might be an important predictor of sudden cardiac death.
